The Oregon East Symphony welcomes guest soloist Tomás Cotik for our spring concert, Some Like It Scot!, taking place at 7:30pm, Saturday, March 11th, 2023 at the Vert Auditorium. Cotik and OES will perform Argentinian tango composer Astor Piazzolla's Four Seasons of Buenos Aires. The namesake piece of the program is Mendelssohn's Third Symphony, also known as his "Scottish Symphony". Contemporary African-American composer and Leonard Bernstein Award recipient Jessie Montgomery's Strum will round out the program.

Thanks to the Pendleton Foundation Trust, the Rivoli Theater, the Roundhouse Foundation, Blue Mountain Community Foundation and AWSinCommunities, we are offering complimentary, floor-level general admission to Some Like It Scot!.
