A Sharp Retreat, Concert and School Tour Notice

Dear A Sharp Players and Guest Players,

The retreat will be in the Vert Club Room (Downstairs) at 12-5 pm tomorrow (Sat April 16th).

Please be on time to the best of your ability, so we can make the most of the time to rehearse.

Remember – Please bring your instrument, music, and a water bottle.

Bruce – please bring the A# box and the key to the high school.

Students - Please come in and help set up the chairs and move tables to set up the space. Chairs, stands and percussion will have to be brought down from the Vert Green Room for use and then loaded into a truck after the retreat to go to BMCC. Everyone is requested to help pack up from retreat please.

I will provide drinks and snacks mid-afternoon so you all stay happy and contented.

 Concert on Sunday April 17th

Please come up to BMCC – Bob Clapp Theatre by 2 pm for rehearsal in concert dress (black, no skirts above the knee, tux if you have one guys).  You will rehearse outside the theatre as the YVEO will be using the stage to practice for their Broadway play.  They will perform first and then we will set the stage for the Preludes and A Sharps.

I will do up a program and you can check all your names tomorrow.

I would like two volunteers to help unload the truck at BMCC and help pack up after the concert please.

The truck will be used on Monday for the School Tour.
