2007 Office Fire

On Thursday, March 15th, 2007, The Oregon East Symphony office and neighboring businesses were destroyed by a fire that had started in a popcorn machine in an adjacent building.

Thankfully, no one was hurt, though the office itself, with the music library and office equipment, did not fare as well.

The Symphony staff has now moved to a permanent office space on the lower floor of the Vert Community Building. Find us HERE.

Thank you to all those who have made donations to our “Fire Fund” or have given us much needed equipment.

If you would like to help with our continued rebuilding efforts, please call the office. THANK YOU!
